– Công dụng: Thích hợp trong pha chế chuyên dụng: Pha trà chanh, Trà trái cây,…

3. Hướng dẫn sử dụng
Chuẩn bị
– 30gr Trà xanh Nhài ILOTA
– 1000gr nước sôi ở nhiệt độ 95 – 98*C
Pha chế
– Ủ Trà với nước theo tỷ lệ 1gr Trà : 33gr nước
– Thời gian ủ 10 phút, lọc bã Trà, giữ lại nước cốt Trà.
Sử dụng
– Dùng nước cốt Trà để pha chế các thức uống hoặc bảo quản trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh để dùng riêng.
4. Lưu ý
– Giảm lượng nước Trà nếu muốn tăng độ đậm của cốt Trà.
(Tỷ lệ Trà / nước có thể dao động từ 1/16 – 1/33.)
– Nhiệt độ nước càng cao thì triết xuất cốt Trà càng đậm chát.
(Nhiệt độ nước có thể dao động từ 80 – 98 độ C tùy loại Trà/ cách pha.)
– Tăng thời gian ủ Trà sẽ làm tăng vị đậm chát của cốt Trà.
(Thời gian ủ có thể dao động từ 8 – 30 phút.)
– Làm lạnh nhanh cốt Trà sau ủ sẽ giúp Trà lưu hương tốt hơn khi pha chế thức uống.
5. Bảo Quản
– Bảo quản nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp từ mặt trời.
– Luôn đóng kín túi zip sau khi sử dụng.
